Self care first,
Because u can't pour from an empty cup! It's time we stopped running after What's Urgent and Focusing on What's important ! Do it for yrself, Do it for all those around you, because happiness has a domino effect on the people around you!
Also ,By taking care of yrself first, you are automatically teaching around you to do t same.
